Ronald Azairwe
Ronald Azairwe holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, an MSc in Computer Science from St. Clement University, and a BSc (Hons) Upper Class Degree from Makerere University. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning ICT, financial services, utilities, and academia. Prior to joining Pegasus, Ronald held senior leadership roles at the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority and the National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC), demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation and digital transformation.
Ronald currently serves as Managing Director of Pegasus Technologies Limited, where he drives the company’s strategic direction and growth, spearheads the implementation of strategic initiatives, and fosters partnerships that position Pegasus as a leading player in the digital financial services sector.
Ronald Muwanguzi
Ronald Muwanguzi is an accomplished ICT professional with over 20 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, enterprise architecture and business intelligence. He holds an MSc in Data Communications and Software Engineering from Makerere University, a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Fairfax University and several professional certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional and technical qualifications from the City and Guilds Institute of London.
He began his career as a Network and Support Engineer at Infocom Uganda, before gaining international experience at the National Archives of the United Kingdom, specializing in systems analysis, software development and IT project management. Ronald has also lectured at Makerere University and the London School of Management (Fairfax University).
Currently, Ronald serves as Technical Director and shareholder at Pegasus Technologies Limited, where he leads the Applications Development Department, oversees enterprise architecture and delivers innovative digital solutions. His project portfolio includes network design, secure document management systems, enterprise billing and procurement platforms, and business intelligence solutions for both private and public sector organizations.
Margret Baleterawo
Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Diploma in Accountancy from Kyambogo University, and is a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (ICPAU).
She brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management, having built her career across both the NGO and private sectors. Her expertise includes financial statement preparation, tax compliance, payroll management, VAT and withholding tax, budgeting, and contract management, complemented by over 15 years in administrative roles where she honed skills in team leadership, contract negotiation, and organizational support. Margaret is recognized for her integrity, professionalism, and collaborative approach, combining technical expertise with strategic insight.
She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pegasus Technologies Limited, providing strategic leadership in financial planning, compliance, and administration to ensure the company’s resources and structures effectively support its growth and long-term objectives.
Ahmed Mabirizi
Ahmed holds a BSc (Hons) Upper Class Degree in Software Engineering from Makerere University. He completed his Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) and Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at Kibuli Secondary School.
He is a software engineer with five years of experience at Pegasus Technologies Limited, where he has served in roles such as Software Developer and Technical Team Lead. As a Software Developer, he was responsible for writing, testing, and debugging code to ensure application functionality, as well as analyzing and resolving software issues. In his role as Technical Team Lead, he guided the team in addressing technical challenges and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Ahmed now serves as a Business Development Representative at Pegasus Technologies Limited. In this capacity, he develops and maintains relationships with clients, identifies and establishes partnerships, and prepares proposals and presentations for prospective clients. He also collaborates with marketing and product development teams to ensure business strategies align with the company’s growth objectives.
