                            Ronald Azairwe
Ronald Azairwe is the Managing Director of Pegasus Technologies Limited, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence and technology-driven growth. He oversees the implementation of strategic plans, acquisition of new technologies and development of partnerships that position Pegasus as a leading player in the digital financial services sector. He is also an executive member of the Board of Directors, contributing to the company’s governance and strategic oversight.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from St. Clement University, and a BSc (Hons) Upper Class Degree from Makerere University. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and has additional certifications in ethical hacking, IT risk assessment, and project management.
With over 20 years of leadership experience across ICT, financial services, utilities, and academia, Azairwe has held senior roles at the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority as Manager of ICT and at the National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) as Manager of IT Infrastructure & Security. He has also served as an Assistant Lecturer in Computer Science at Makerere University and as Business Intelligence Manager at Standard Chartered Bank Uganda. His career reflects a strong commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and the development of technology systems that enhance organizational efficiency and national development.
 
                                
                            Ronald Muwanguzi
Ronald Muwanguzi is the founder of Pegasus Technologies Limited and its majority shareholder. He currently serves as Technical Director, leading the Applications Development Department, overseeing enterprise architecture, and delivering innovative digital solutions. His project portfolio includes network design, secure document management systems, enterprise billing and procurement platforms, and business intelligence solutions for both private and public sector organizations.
He holds an MSc in Data Communications and Software Engineering from Makerere University, a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Fairfax University, and several professional certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional and technical qualifications from the City and Guilds Institute of London.
Ronald began his career as a Network and Support Engineer at Infocom Uganda, before gaining international experience at the National Archives of the United Kingdom, specializing in systems analysis, software development, and IT project management. He has also lectured at Makerere University and the London School of Management (Fairfax University). His extensive experience spans systems analysis, software development, enterprise architecture, and business intelligence, making him a recognized leader in ICT innovation.
 
                                
                            Margret Baleterawo
Margaret Baleterawo is the Chief Financial Officer at Pegasus Technologies Limited, providing strategic leadership in financial planning, compliance, and administration to ensure the company’s resources and structures effectively support its growth and long-term objectives.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Diploma in Accountancy from Kyambogo University and is a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (ICPAU).
Margaret brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management, having built her career across both the NGO and private sectors. Her expertise spans financial statement preparation, tax compliance, payroll management, VAT and withholding tax, budgeting, and contract management. In addition, she has more than 7 years of experience in administrative roles, honing skills in team leadership, contract negotiation, and organizational support. She is recognized for her integrity, professionalism, and collaborative approach, combining technical expertise with strategic insight.
 
                                
                            Mercy Muwanguzi
Mercy Muwanguzi is the Head of IT Infrastructure and Security at Pegasus Technologies. In this capacity, she is responsible for defining and managing the company’s information security framework, performing risk and business impact assessments and ensuring compliance with information security policies and standards.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from the Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc. IT) from Sikkim-Manipal University in India, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering (ADSE) from Aptech Computer Education. She has also earned professional certifications in CISCO Networking and Linux Operating Systems from Makerere University.
Mercy’s professional journey reflects extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, security and governance. Before joining Pegasus, she served as IT Manager from July 2015 to May 2018, where she managed IT security governance, servers, telephony services and infrastructure. Earlier in her career at Face Technologies, she gained hands-on experience through roles including IT Manager, Technical Service Administrator and IT Intern, strengthening her technical and leadership foundation.
 
                                
                            Ahmed Mabirizi Kizza
Ahmed Mabirizi Kizza is a Business Development Manager at Pegasus Technologies Limited, where he develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, including contract negotiations. He identifies and establishes partnerships to expand market reach, prepares proposals and presentations, and collaborates with marketing, product development and customer support to ensure alignment with business goals.
He holds a BSc (Hons) Upper Class Degree in Software Engineering from Makerere University.
Previously, Ahmed worked as a Technical Development Manager, guiding and leading the team in solving technical problems, supervising daily operations, assigning tasks, and ensuring team support. He began as a Software Developer, where he wrote, tested, and debugged code, analyzed and resolved software issues, and implemented solutions to improve application performance and scalability. This technical foundation informs his current role, enabling him to bridge client needs with practical technological solutions at Pegasus Technologies Limited.
 
                                
                            Sheila Edith Toto
Sheila Edith Toto is currently the Legal & Human Resources Manager at Pegasus Technologies Ltd. She provides strategic legal and HR support to management, oversees regulatory compliance with bodies such as the Bank of Uganda and Uganda Registration Services Bureau, manages employee relations, and ensures adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University.
Her professional experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Enoth Mugabi Advocates and Solicitors and as a Legal Intern at the Platform for Legal Labour Action. She also participated in the Community Law Program and Mobile Clinic (CLAPMOC) and the Public Interest Law Clinic (PILAC) at Makerere University, engaging in community sensitization, legal aid, parliamentary advocacy, and public interest litigation. Sheila has expertise in legal advocacy, regulatory compliance, and human resources management, with a particular interest in emerging areas of law such as Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property.
 
                                
                            Ian Mayega Senyonjo
Ian Mayega Senyonjo is currently the Sales & Marketing Manager at Pegasus Technologies Ltd. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans, overseeing advertising and promotional activities, monitoring competitor performance, directing sales forecasting, and setting performance goals to drive business growth.
He holds a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology in Business from UICT Nakawa, is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Ian brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development. He previously worked as a Regional Sales Representative at Kakira Distillery Ltd and as a Sales Representative at Uganda Breweries Ltd. Earlier in his career, he served as an Automation Officer at Uganda Breweries Ltd, where he supported the rollout and troubleshooting of the Distributor Management Solution (DMS) system. Ian is recognized as a quick learner, self-starter, and team player who values honesty, trustworthiness, and results-driven performance.
 
                                
                            Kenneth Karkera
Kenneth Karkera is the Technical Support Manager at Pegasus Technologies Limited, and he is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, developing and maintaining a knowledge base, and managing professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient technical operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Makerere University, where he also gained early experience as a System Developer.
Kenneth’s professional experience includes working as a Software Developer, where he collaborated with project managers on pre-release software projects and updated legacy code bases at Pegasus Technologies Limited. Prior to that, he was a Software Developer at Hysys Global Solutions. At Makerere University, he served as a System Developer, architectural designer, test engineer and system analyst, building a strong foundation in software development and systems analysis.
